My brother has a dream of turning his 86 econo van into a 4x4. he has a 84 bronco with the same engine and wanted to know if it is possible to bolt the system under the van. I would think it can be done but the body of the van will probably need a lift for the transfer case to clear right?

 

That among other things. It will most likely take some fab work, but anything is possible.
