91 bronco no 4x4

Default 91 bronco no 4x4
i have a 91 bronco and i have no power to the 4x4 switch. even the fuse has no power to it .the control moduel in the rt. kick panel has a white button and when pushed it lights a red light on the side of the box for a short time. where to start..........
