Default 92 bronco rear disc conversion question

I have a 92 fullsize bronco with an 8.8" rear with stock drum brakes. I want to take the disc brake setup off of a 96 or later explorer with the integrated drum parking brake. the rear axles are the same as far as i am aware; except for the ratio. i was hoping to simply purchase the mounting brakets from a junk yard and buy new rotors and calipers.
Anyone who knows that may also be able to tell me if the RABS unit will also serve as a computer controlled proportioning valve or if i will have to install an adjustable one.
I've seen these kits that are offered for disc brake conversions using cadilac brakes. I want ford parts, preferable something easy to find and replace for the future.
Other suggestions as well as comments are certainly welcome.
