Welcome to the site..

Could be a motor issue, more so if the ops are intermittent.
Felt, meaning all the window channeling is new?, or just the wiper strips etc? Sometimes new or aftermarket channels can bind the glass a bit. Easily seen if the glass is separated from the regulator and the up/down checked sliding the glass by hand.
