i have a 1997 ford counter that has a no spark no fuel pump and no ecm comm all fuses and relays appear to be good problem started when i turned on the a/c one day car died let it sit for 1 hour started back up till a/c turned on again then died has not started since then have good battery but still no communication to scan tool

 

Can you hear if the fuel pump energizes for the first one or two seconds when the key is first turned on?
If not, then suspect EEC relay which may be part of another component. Will search and get back to you.

 

Your vehicle does have a component called a CCRM, Constant Control Relay Module.
It contains the relays for fuel pump, cooling fan, a/c and EEC.
Understand may be difficult to locate. There are apparently 2 or 3 different types.
get the #s from the old one and try of course Ford first then bone /junk yards then ebay, etc.
