Default Engine swap '95 into a '98?

Hello, I have a 1998 contour with a bad motor but excellent body, and a 1995 contour with good motorbut broken a-arm and driveshaft. Both automatic trans. I was wondering what would be involved in swapping the '95 motor into the'98. Visually, and as far as the repair manual goes, they are the same motor. I know that the '95 uses the obd1 brain, and the '98 has the obd2. would the brain from the '95 need to be used along with the '95 motor?, am I going to have to change some of the sensors? I will be using both the engine and a/t from the '95.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
Scott
