My 1998 Ford COntour will start but wont shift out of park. Changed out the TCC Solenoid, Shift Solenoid, and the Throttle Solenoid in the trans oil pan. Put a new Stop Lamp Switch/brake switch. Will not shift at all. What else could cause this problem and how can i fix it?

 

I would either hit it with a hammer or sell it, either way you look at it that car is junk!!

 

ok I have a 2000 ford contour 2.5 v6. i bought the car a Month ago replace the fuel pump because of Low fuel pressure, i notice the Fuel gauge hasn't moved. I unplugged the plug from the fuel pump an it didnt move at all, dont know what to check now. Please Help. Thanks
