I think I have a headgasket problem that needs to be repaired.The needle in back of the steering wheel went into the red area in the gauge.I got the Ford home and there was a bit of sizzling sound coming from the engine.I took it to the place where I usually take it and the engine coolant was low so they filled it up.The ac was putting out warm air.Driving it around this morning the needle did go towards the red zone pretty quickly so I decided to get it home and it wouldn t strand me.Any ideas what could be wrong here.I am a little bit upset if this is it the end of the line for me especially since ihave only had this car for just over 2 yeats. I do not want to go back to that bus system either

 

Might be the thermostat. I believe i would check that before diving into a head gasket repair.

 

My local Ford dealer checked it out & found that the cooling fan wasn t working and that was the problem
