I was told after I bought my car a 1999 ford contour that the rear sway bar had broke and the previous owner thought it mighthave been removed. Now that its winter time I'm starting to notice it. If I'm going down a snowy road and can't go straight. The car doesn't seem to be tracking right. I looked for the rear sway bar but not sure where it would be if it was there. Where could I find it?

and if I get a new rear sway bar will this fix the problem or is the frame bent?
