Default '08 police interceptor won't run after AC recharge

I just got done refilling my AC and ot was running fine. Backed it out of the garage, turned it off, and 20 minutes later I restart it, make it a block, and it started acting sluggish, almost like a timing or fuel issue before it died. Anybody have any experience with this?
The only other thing i did was clean the airfilter, so i took it out and it still acted the same

The problem of A/C and shutting down may or may not be related. Not knowing if it was overcharged, slugged with oil or whatever, consider removing the belt and see if it will restart. If no change that should take the air cond system off the list, usually !
Check the plugs and wiring starting from the air filter on to the MAF sensor in the same engine intake line/tubing that goes to the throttle body.
