Default 09 Crown Vic PI Brake Lights Work

All lights function except brake lights. At brake pedal switch, jumped red to green. No brake light. Switched Multifunction Switch on steering column. No light.
When I was at pedal switch, voltmeter shows 12v current to green and all other wires. Cruise control works fine and stops with braking.
The green has to go to a relay that feeds the brake. Where is that relay? I do not have a wiring diagram. What does brake pedal control besides brake lights and cruise control?
I had a 96 CV PI and changing the Multifunction switch corrected brake light problem.
I would appreciate any advice.
