Default 1995 Crown Vic Motor Swap...

Came across a 1995 Crown Vic in awsome shape....but the motor is seized due to lack of oil aparently. My plan is to just put another motor in and re-sell. Just wondering what motors I am looking for? Im not a ford guy (I drive GMTrucks so Imnot sure what fits in what. What year range am I looking for? And by any chance will a '94 Town Car 4.6L be the same? Cause I have one here...just dont know for sure if its the same thing or not.
I just want to do a motor & ECM swap...no wiring harness changes if I can.
So what years/models are the same? Thanks!

1992 thru 1995 will bolt directly in. If the Lincoln is not dual cam, all you might need to do is change a few sensors. If it is a dual cam design, too much more work needed.

Look at the front of the valve cover. The dual cam will be a lot wider.
