2001 Crown Vic Rear Sway Bar??

I'm in the process of buying a 2-owner (civilian model) 2001 Crown Vic LX, with about 75,000 original miles. - When I was on Army AD, our office had a similar sedan for admin use & the post motor pool installed a REAR SWAY BAR & associated parts off of a wrecked police car to make it handle better.
Unfortunately, I don't remember WHICH sway bar that the motor pool used NOR how they installed it.
Do any of our members KNOW which parts that I should "harvest" off of one of the several Police Interceptors that are currently in a local "self service" wrecking yard to upgrade the rear suspension on the LX??
