Hey all, i have a 57 f100 on a 2001 p71 crown vic chassis. everything is crown vic minus the body essentially. the engine wont get above 1500-2k really without bogging down. its definitley running rich as you can smell it. it idles and drives around at idle just fine.

Two things that I noticed that may be causing issues.
a) its throwing an evap code
b) the airbox bottom is missing only the lid is there
c) the exhaust has been chopped before the cat.

Where should i go first?
