Default 2008 Police Interceptor Brake issue

My son and I went and purchased a 2008 Crown Vic. Once he had it and was driving it the ABS light came on and Smoke filled the cabin. This was the brake locking and burning the pad. This occurred a few times after car had been sitting. I took car home and was trying to replicate issue but car never smoked or the light never came on. The car sat parked as we got him a daily driver.

Fast forward to a year later and car has been sitting in driveway started up and drove it down to gas station and abs light came on with the smell of burning fluid (no smoke). This is the passengers from tire. I was told by a former mechanic that this may be a problem with the line running into the break caliber. could this be true or would I be chasing the ghost of Christmas past on that?

Front Passengers so Right side wheel gets hot I have not done anything yet but depending on what I read I may replace the Master the line and the caliber. It is almost like if it is not used it has problems but if I drive it everyday it has no issues.
