I have a 2001 CV with a sagging door hinge on front driver's side. All other doors are perfect. Are new hinges available from Ford or is there a better source? Also, it looks like the door needs to be taken off in order to remove hinge from the car body. Tks for any replies/info.

 

I had this same issue. I don't know if ford sells them, I'm sure they do, but I pulled some good ones off a crown vic from the junk yard. I got them off the passenger side and just flipped them and they worked on the drivers side. I don't remember what gets unbloted first but you do have to remove the plastic trim panel by the drivers left foot to get to a bolt for the lower hinge. And you need a way to hold the door up because the wiring harness doesn't unclip in any way. I hope this helps
