Help I have a 94 ford crown victoria lx, 164k miles on it, and found this behind the intake right under the EGR Vacuum Control Solenoid, and I am clueless as to what is missing, or what this part is? I'm not very good at mechanical issues, its the part with the blue gasket... I'm guessing its a gasket lol and have only begun to learn the basics around a year ago, thank you for any help it would be greatly appreciated
