Default Intermitten Air Bad Light

I have been having a problem with a 2007 CVPI that I bought a while back. The car had some of the nastiest seats and seat belts that I have found so I changed the seats and the drivers seat belt out with a set that was in a wrecked 2010 that I had had before I bought the 07. I had a little problem with the charging system and a bad battery and the IAC and the throttle body were both as dirty as they could be. When the battery went dead one evening and I had to be jumped to get home the air bag light started doing some weird stuff and came and went but seldom did the same thing twice. I have been talking to way2old about the car and he has been a tremendous amount of help. So I started checking all the connections and putting dielectric grease in all the plugs when I got to the right front impact sensor the circuit must have been open because when I plugged in back in the chime and the light were both working and the light stayed out once the system did a self check. Bingo good to go. Not only does this car run out good I just checked the MPG and got 21.46 with mixed hwy/city driving. Happy Holidays Sunfish

Good find by hanging in there. You deserve the credit. We will cross paths someday and the drinks are on me. (_)3
