Default Reverse Lamps not working on my 01 CV

Hello,
I have a 2001 Ford CV and the reverse lamps are not working. I have replaced the bulbs and checked the fuse and they are alright. In the owners manual the fuse for the reverse lamp also controls the turn signals and such. They all work except for the revers lamps. Any ideas??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Check to see if the fuse number 16 in the central junction box is good. It should be under the dash. If it is good, check for current at the back up lamp. If there is no current there, check at pin 11 on the MLP on the side of the transmission. It is also cvalled the Neutral Safety Switch. This directs current to the back up lights.
