Default Source of power signal to Air Conditioner Evaporator Temperature Sensor on 2003 Crown

Last summer the AC on my '03 CV quit. It has the EATC hvac system.I want to get it working again. I have both the service manual and the wiring diagram manual but can't find a refernec to where the evaporator temperature sensor gets it's power signal although I did find one source which stated the signal is 5volts and comes from the ECM. Both the high and low pressure sensors are new and are receiving the proper voltage but not the temperature sensor which I understand must be working or the ECM will prevent the AC clutch from engaging. I can engage the compressor clutch by bridging the clutch relay so the clutch seems to be working. I suspect either the ECM has gone bad or there is a break in the black/white wire which connects the sensor to the ECM if in fact that information is correct. Any help would be appreciated.

It has been a month and no reply to my question. Is there noone on the forum familiar with the 2003 EATC system that can provide a simple answer to my question. For some reason the 2003 model seems to be a mystery on the Crown Victoria website also. I simple want to know if I am on the right track to confirm that the ECM may be bad. I don't want to spend $265 dollars on a rebuilt ECM unless I am reasonably certain this is the issue with no AC Clutch engagement. Thanks to all who might be able to help.
