If im standing passenger side of engine looking at the egr valve nut which is on the windshield side of the egr valve, and the wrench is sitting on the top of the nut, which way loosens the nut. Pulling toward me, or pushing away?

I tried pulling, but it doesnt budge, and i dont want to break anything. I already broke the vacuum lines and had to fix those

 

 

I believe I suggested a possible solution in a previous post, did you have an opportunity to see it?
