Default 01 e250 p0171 & p0174

I have a 01 Ford E250 van 5.4L and have codes p0171 & p0174. I have replaced the MAF and DPFE sensors. The freeze frame data is:
Calc Load- 98%
Temp- 181
STFT B1- 1.6%
LTFT B1- 7.8%
STFT B2- -0.8%
LTFT B2- 4.7%
RPM- 645
SPEED- 0mph
Why is the load at 98%? What afects the load reading? I need to smog this van and I'm lost.
Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thank You

The code means you have lean condition in both banks. That means there is either too much air or not enough fuel in the mixture.
Look for vacuum leaks first. Anything that connects to the intake manifold could leak air. the intake manifold gasket may be leaking.
If it is not a vacuum leak it could be a weak fuel pump or clogged fuel filter.
I bet it is a vacuum leak, though.
