Hi
I have a 92 E250 that the anti theft system seems to be activated. I turn the key over and the red light flashes over on the left side of the dash, the turn indicators flash and there is a clicking underneath the dash but the engine won't turn over. I have a brand new battery in. Are there any tips on how I can reset the anti theft so that engine will turn over.

 

Would you know if this is an add on anti-theft system ?
Not sure if OEM had anti-theft avail those years.
