Raski I missed your comments about the vacuum leaks. I will check around for vacuum leaks as well, thanks!

Keep in mind a Ford MAP sensor cannot be checked by voltage readings. It works on a frequency basis. You can only verify 5 volts is getting to it with KEY on.

There are only 2 other components that share that 5 volt reference voltage, one is the TPS and the other is the EGR position sensor.

A good visual inspection would include making sure all ground connections are CLEAN and tight.

Have you tried disconnecting all 3 , then connecting 2 at a time and see what you get?
If one of them has a grounded signal circuit , that would need to be verified by voltage drop testing.
