Hey this is my first post you guys look pretty helpful on here.

Just replaced a fuel pump on a 99 e250. Went to start it up, it started and runs perfectly fine. Whenever I put it in any gear though it completely dies like someone disocnnected the battery. It doesn't just sputter and stall. Is this a ground issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
