Default 1999 Ford van v6 running rough and stalling at stop signs, red lights

I have a 1999 Ford E150 V6. the problem is the van will buck and stall at red lights and stop signs. I used an OBDll reader and got these codes including a P0305 cylinder 5 misfire.

Code 1 - P1451 EVAP Control system Canister vent solenoid
Code 2 - P0141 Sensor heater circut malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 2) heated oxygen sensor switching open shorted or grounded.
Code 3 - P0161 Sensor heater circut malfunction (Bank 2, Sensor 2) Heated oxygen sensor switching open shorted or grounded
Code 4 - P0401 EGR low flow. Check vacuum supply and valve operation
Code 5 - P0171 Heated oxygen sensor unable to switch , Right Side
Code 6 - P0174 Heated oxygen sensor indicates lean condition

Fix so far, replaced wires and plugs with the high end ford parts, Changed all of the large 5/8 vacuum lines, Changed the EGR sensor on passengers side of the engine. Removed ERG valve and sprayed it with carb cleaner.

I just bought 2 Oxygen sensors for Upstream and Downstream. the problem is which of the four do you replace? Could there be a MAF problem giving me these readings?

Please help this is costing me a lot of money to replace everything. I paid $1,000 for the van and have another $500.00 in repairs including a leaf spring repair and still have some body work before winter. Where to go from here and which ox sensors do I replace?

Thanks,

Bob

Bob, did you check all the fuses? Not sure if o2 sensors will correct the problems.
Need to check if the o2 sensors are getting the required heater voltage.
There should be a fuse to supply that circuit.
It may be a wild goose chase, but getting the lean condition on both banks could be caused by the ECM trying to lean out an over rich condition that might be caused by a defective fuel press reg. Pull off vacuum line to fuel pressure reg and see if any gas leaks out. There should be none. If there is gas there that would confirm the reg is defective.
