Default 2003 4.2 v6 e150 loss of power

Hi guys,
i got 2003 4.2 e150 2weeks ago. Run little bit rough. Trouble code on cam sensor. When I dig it out I found out it was just unplugged also with the egr vacuum line. Connected it back. I change coil pack, plugs and wires and filters. No codes now runs better. No misfires no codes.. but.. it doesnt have power.. removed the dog house again today, found out one of the imrc retainer clips was broken so it didnt open.. i was happy I found out the problem. Changed the bushing now its opening both sides. But still no power. I mean in mid range it has some pull but bottom and top end is dead. 1st 2nd gear can go all the way to the limiter but when I am on highway going around 75-80 rpms dont go more then 3500 and no acceleration if I let it shift to 4gear it has power again accelerate. When I have it running with dog house off I can hear some knock sound on left side of intake manifold more if I shift in gear. Doesnt seem to be from valves, more like somewhere around top on manifold. I am kinda lost here. I dont wanna start swapping random parts. My long fuel trim on bank 1 is +10% and bank 2 is -10%. 167k miles on it. I appreciate any ideas thank you

I would say fuel system. Now when I am thinking with one bank negative and one positive and the knock sound. My guess is fuel injector.. also sometimes it has to turn like 2-3 times before it fires up.. not like long turning but its not immediate start up

Fuel Pressure Spec:
Engine Running: 28-45psi
Key On Engine Off: 35-45psi

Remove the schrader valve cap to attach the fuel pressure gauge.

Previous owner removed the vacuum line for a reason so EGR.pdf and CMP.pdf also attached below.
Let me know if you need anything else.

Tested the fuel pressure today. Steady like from factory. No drops.. so probalby no leaking injector what was my guess. Also measured all injectors and all of them reads about the same 13-15 ohms.. tried to drive with egr vacuum unplugged.. no change. Same ****ty performance and fuel trims still same.. i though im gonna win with leaky injector coz bank 2 is so rich and when its hot it cranks longer to start. But now I am starting to have headache.. o2 sensors changing V quickly so they should be fine.. its weird kinda loud knock under load. Also tried screw driver trick and its sound like #6 injector ticking much louder then other.. idk man. If it throw some code I would be happy but this is something.. i didnt sleep last night 😂🤦‍♂️

Also have little bit of smoke from pipe and smells a lot like a gas.. you think it still can be injectors connected even when they read same and hold pressure? Fuel economy is bad as well..
