Misfire pinging blowing lots of smoke no power of course

When blowing lots of smoke, what color was the smoke ? Blue, black or white ?
What was the last work done on this vehicle?

I would say blueish white. Replaced chains guides adjusters 10k ago along with plugs and coils

Did you use any RTV that might be able to get into the intake system?

I also did a smoke test to check vacuum leaks-none
Checked egr valve on back of intake for soot build up- none
Replaced two upstream and one down stream O2 sensors
Runs fine but it seems the problems starts after idle time.
Does not use coolant but does use some oil.
200k miles it owes me nothing but I like the van but I'm at my wits end

The next thing I would suggest is a compression test.

If you don't have a compression tester, you most likely can rent one.
Ignition disabled, and fuel pump fuse removed, throttle held wide open , run the test and note the max pressure on the gauge for each cyl after 2-3 cycles, record the readings and lets see just what we have, can you do this ?
