Default 2003 E150 Cargo Van 4.2L V6 Won't after setting 1yr with Dead Battery

Hello Everyone,
I have a Ford Econoline E150 Cargo Van 4.2L V6 with only 42k miles. The last time I started it was March 2007 since I have a disability its hard to get out to starting it much. Anyway I have had a new battery and 6 fresh gallons of gas put in but it just turns over and won't start. It's firing because when starter fluid is used it cranks right up.

I'm told it may be the fuel pump reset switch needs pressing but I have yet to locate it. I've looked pretty good under the dash around the brake pedal but can't see a button to press. Does anyone know where it's located or even if this could be the problem.

Sincerely,
Alan Bennett

Try going over to the passenger side kick panel where the dash and lower corner of the windshield meet. Right behind the kick panel just forward of the door hinge area and just on the other side of the top of the cardboard panel you should see/feel the circular depression/hole for the reset button. If it can be pushed down and stays down , it was tripped, if it doesn't move much it probably was not tripped.

Thank you so much for the help. i walked out there tonight and took the fuse out of the key chime so I could hear better and when I turn the key on I can hear the fuel pump run for a second. I tried the starter fluid again and it fires up and runs until the starter fluid is gone. So its firing. And I added 2 more gallons of 93 octane to the tank bringing it up to 1/4 tank. I hope its the switch tripped, but now since I heard the fuel pump run for that second when you first turn the key on I'm not sure it is.
Thanks,
Alan
