Hi, I have a 2005 E350 club wagon and i cant find a muffler that fits. Does anybody know what i can use to replace the stock muffler?
The problem seems to be the 6.8l engine.
Don't care what make muffler.

Rock Auto and Walker don't list a muffler for this vehicle. Have you gone to a Ford dealership for help?

 

Not knowing in what part of the country you reside , something I would regard as a little tip,

If you reside where they use salt on the roads and you drive on them a lot, I would consider getting the entire exhaust system from the converter on back from Ford.
And this is why,,,, Ford exhaust systems cost a little more, but you will notice the metal is heavier gauge and will last a LOT longer than some aftermarket brands.
As for me , exhaust system work is not on the top of my list of vehicle work. I have learned to do it right and do it once ! For what it's worth.
