Default 2006 E150 Chateau 5.4 PCV valve replacement...Help

I cannot get this valve out to change it. The valve has a twist thread and I have tried everything. Difficult to access from the front or rear. I have trieda socket, long pliers, etc. I do not want to crack the old one but I cannot get it to twist.

The valve has a provision that uses an 'O" ring to make the seal and once twisted counterclockwise, just gets pulled out. Try that, you may only need to pull it straight out.

I cannot get anything in to turn it. No clearance for hands either. I do know how it fits...no success with breaking it loose.

Heat it up with a heat gun.
