Default 2006 E250 brand new bearings whirling sound

As the title states, i had just put in new front, rotors and bearings, along with brakes on my E250, but what i believe to be the culprit of the sound is the bearings. There is a high pitched sound that goes around with the tires and on sharp turns it almost grind squeals. packed the bearings and in the rotor with "Valvoline Ford Multi-Purpose Grease" from the AutoZone's.
they sound worse than the old bearings!
for setting the bearings we did the 30ft/lb, loosen 2 turns, 20ft/lb with C-C rotor turn, loosen 1/2 turn, and about 2ft/lb to finish.

any input would be great! I HAVE to drive 80 miles tomorrow evening on terrible roads, but don't want to risk getting stuck in the middle of nowhere.

The bearings that you installed, did you notice where they came from, US made or otherwise?

they were duralast, i forgot to update!
took them back apart that morning, took the tires off, spun the rotor around and found exactly where the sound was from.
it was the new brake pad clips that go on the caliper bracket.
they were grinding on on the rotors. got them fixed up on both sides and no more sounds! glad it was super simple
