the ABS light on my 2006 E350 Extended van comes on and off, I pulled a C1185 code "ABS Power relay output circuit failure". The fuses are fine, and it seems like the relay is in the ABS module so theres not much else to check.
How do you remove the electric harness from the module? And can you just replace the module with a used one, or it needs to be programmed to the car by a dealer?

 

The replacement unit has to be coded to the vehicle, diagnose the issue before throwing parts at it..

Have you put a scope on it and recorded the wave forms (comms)
