Default 2009 Ford E250 Van rolls in gear...

I know a few of you are mechanics and really know about engines/transmissions. I have a 2009 Ford E250 van. In 12 months I have gone through 3 transmissions, it rolls on hills over 30 degrees when in gear. I tested it in reverse and drive and will roll no matter what.

I think when I push on the gas while its roilling backwards it creates too much pressure in the transmission or something and it keeps causing seals to burst and leak.

I have taken it to different shops each time and they always just say the tranny is gone and replace it (its under warranty). I have read things online like there's a locking mechanism that should keep it from rolling but also read all vehicles roll on hills I dont even know what to think anymore.

My main question is what could be causing this to keep happening that isnt part of the transmission since it keeps happening after getting new transmissions. Is it a computer thing? A low idle thing? bad breaking system?
any feedback would help.

There is an old expression that after replacing 3 starters ." IT AINT THE STARTER."

It seems everyone is missing something because after replacing 3 transmissions your vehicle still has the same problem. Doubt it is the trans itself.

Did you have a dealership check it ?
