My van has 203,000 miles is stock with the exception of a rebuilt transmission and normal wear items. I tried putting E85 in it. I had about a 1/4 tank of fuel and added 15 gallons of E85. The van ran for about 5 miles and started running rough and missing. It then would not run beyond a very erratic idle.

The owners manual and yellow gas cap all said the van was a FFV capable power train.

Did I screw the pooch? Is there a procedure to fix the problem?
