I have an e350 passenger van. 5.4.
The van was stalling intermittently and progressively got worse. I changed the fuel pump control module a couple of months ago and it stopped happening. Last week it died completely and I barely got it home. It completely died three times on a 30 min drive back to the house.
The issue was still intermittent but finally today it became a no start every time.
i installed a ford factory fuel pump control module and that did nothing. I ended up changing the fuel pump as i was at my wits end. This got it running but now its back to its random stalling.
I was getting codes p025A and P025B but now I am only getting p025A.
I was losing fuel pressure (checked via a manual gauge at the fuel rail) but now when it stalls the fuel pressure stays around 50 even when it dies. When the van is running I am getting a random signal on pin 5 (fuel pump power) at the control module. It hits 12v for the first 2 seconds when key is on, but when started it stays around 8.5 v and fluctuates from 8.5 to 9 to 13 to 0 and so on and so on. Fuel pressure never changes.

When it will not start, check if you have spark available to the spark plugs.
