Default 2011 radio dead

I just bought a 2011 e-250 to use as a work van. It was formally a gas company vehicle in Illinois. It is CNG and has 17K miles! The radio does not power on. The fuse under the dash (IIRC 20A) looks OK. I wonder if anyone knows if the gas company disconnected the radios? Any schematics around? It looks like an OEM service manual set is around $120 on dabay.

Should be 3 fuses in the SJB for control of the ACM.
What level of audio does the van have?

I am not sure of the level. It is a stripped down van. Manual windows, etc. 3 fuses in the SJB for control of the ACM? Huh? Please explain the terms mi amigo.

The SJB is the smart junction box.
Check fuses F28 5 amp, F39 20 amp, and F41 15amp.
The ACM is audio control module. The ‘level’ would be like base options within the unit like AM only AM/FM, NAV/amp, SYNC and so on.
Depending on options, has a slight difference in the fuses and circuits protected..
Check for power distribution on the input fuses with either a continuity light or meter, not just visual checks..

F28 Hot in Start..
F39 Hot at all times..
F41 would be hot with the delay relay engaged,, meaning key ON/ACC or key off but timed depending on time passed or if the door is open it cancels

Check the ground first. Then use a meter or test light to see if power is coming into the radio hot wire.

Unless the harness connector has been whacked or altered,, power distribution should be there ‘if’ the fuses are all good. If you need a connector view to check power distribution at the head unit like Rusty mentioned, let me know and I’ll post it...

I'll be on this asap. The radio is an AM/FM radio with door speakers. This is a stripped down work van.

Yep, it was a blown 20 amp fuse#39. Thanks Hayapower. The fuse didn't look too bad but I checked it with a meter and it was open.
