I know, I should not have...I/ was rushing.while removing the hood, I cut the under hood lamp writes simultaneously caused a electrical short. The power windows don't work and the radio at times is completely dead or it just displays clock. But doesn't give of sound our function. I checked the fuse panel under steering column and manual removed all fuse only to find out they ask looked good,, no burns or breaks in them. While testing with a treat light a few did not work the radio one or Windows as well. I never seen a fuse look good but then not close circuit/work. I don't know what next...delay accessory relay sounds like a good culprit, maybe? How could I meter check the relay? Is its functionality before the aforementioned fuses? Or something else..... please help, my Chevy buddies are reading me like crazy bc I only have had it for a month and last week the fuel pump went out.

It helps a lot to know what kind of vehicle you have. Some have an underhood fuse power panel. Did you check that part?
