Did a brake job on all 4 corners all at once and now the master cylinder acts as if it is bypassing.

Evidently there is an issue with the ABS system that needs to be reset, by the dealer of course.

Has anybody heard of this or have a work around for it?

Could you provide more info as to just what you did ? Brake jobs mean different things to different people and it is important to know exactly what was done including any opening of the hydraulic system.
