Default 2013 E-350 parasitic battery drain

Hello, first of all, thank you for reading this. I’ve been at this for several days and can’t figure it out. I’ve got fuse F 26 in the smart junction box currently using 3.1 mV. This is the power wire that goes to the IPC. And I can’t figure out what is keeping the IPC awake or what is causing my 0.4 amp battery draw. I have disconnected the multiple modules and other switches underneath the dash and nothing seems to stop this battery draw. Alternator has been replaced due to bad diodes, it helped. Last i called the ipc, oops no fixed. Battery is good. Ford van is isolated from bus. Any suggestions?

You very likely will need a capable scan tool to verify module health and function.

Thank you I figured it out shortly after posting. It was the park detect switch that broke causing an open circuit.
