Default 2013 E350 As Camper / Mobile Office

Hi, Everyone!

I'm considering a purchase of a 2013 E350 Extended with 162k miles and the 5.4 V8. It's a highroof mobility conversion van, so it has the usual seating and wheelchair lift that I plan to use for lifting cargo into the van. The asking price is $15k, which seems about the average price or a little lower than average. I've arranged to have it inspected by a mechanic before purchase. During the test drive I scanned it with an OBD reader. No alerts were thrown, but that's only a point in time measure.

I plan to keep this vehicle for at least a few years and possibly tow a small travel trailer behind at some point. Does the price seem in the ballpark (cosmetically it appears to be in excellent shape - no rust)? And will parts be available for it in the long term? I had an F-150 with the 4.6 that I drove for 315k before giving it to my godson, who has driven it for another five years, so I'm pretty happy with having a 5.4, 2v under the hood....I think.

Thank you for any advice you can provide!
Angie
