No. I don't think you will find anything that will do everything on an old OBD 1 system. They are basically just code readers.

The tool I am suggesting will allow you to do dynamic testing because that programming is already in the ECA.

It will run the engine, through a series of tests while you watch and listen, then will provide the codes for you to further check if necessary.
