For what it's worth , I have found that I get better results with Motorcraft spark plugs in Ford engines like yours. Did you ever find any kind of vacuum leak?

It appears you have two passes of 111.
What you need to do is, take each plug wire one at a time place it on one of the old spark plugs that can make a good connection with the engine ground and start and run the engine. What you are doing is removing the source of spark for each cylinder one at a time. When you hit the cylinder that is missing you will get no double miss. The engine will run really crappy while you do this. You should not pull the spark plug wire off and run the engine with no place for the spark to go because it can destroy the ign module. That's why you use an old plug since you don't have a test plug to do this. That should help isolate which cyl is causing the miss.
I still suggest that you consider getting the little tool that comes with directions to run the dynamic test.
