this is a 1995 ford econoline e-150 5.8 the engine has got a rough idle / surge every few min . I ran a scan and got 123,536,632 - I checked the map sensor with vac the hrz was dead on spec ,,Plugs wires rotor and button have been changed any ideas what could causes this issue , It is also running very rich ,,,Any help would be greatly appreciated ...Thanks Josh

 

The 123 code is from the throttle position sensor circuit, very possible sensor is losing its internal connection.
The 536 & 632 codes are due to not depressing the brake pedal when running the test and the 632 is from not cycling the overdrive cancel switch when running the tests.
It would seem that the TPS is not functioning correctly. Not hard to replace just a pain to get to.
