95 E350 won't start

Just took apart and cleaned the power distribution box, and replaced a couple of old fuses. Vehicle ran completely fine this afternoon but now it won't turn over at all. Any suggestions?

The starter doesn't engage. Instrument panel lights up, "Wait to start" comes on, then I turn the key and nothing happens.
