Default Cilinder misfire E250 2002

Hi, my E250 2002 is having a couple of misfires. Complety lack of power, i just replaced all the spark plugs, the wires and i instaled a new ignition coil pack too. Its like 2 or 3 cilinders are mising out. The engine was rectified recently . Im not sure what's going on and what its the next step. The old spark plug turned black in the top. I have a video that show the misfire better, but i can't share it because the format. Thanks for your suport and feedback about model E

It would help if we knew the engine size.

Could you bring us up to speed on what rectified means in this case ?

Could you tell us how long after the engine work was done the problem showed up or was it there before.

Yes , i have the problem before , thats the reason why i had change the spark plugs, and the ignition coil, when i went to my hometown in the road i faced this situation, soon i get home, first, my mechanic told me that the ignition coil pack is failing, so i replaced, later i replace the six spark plugs, with new wires. But the trouble persist...

When replacing the spark plug wires, did you pull them all off and replace them or did you do the wires one at a time?

There is a particular order that the spark plug wires go onto the coil.. Can you tell me how you installed those wires on to the coil ?

i replaced all, and also i did it 2 times, because my father sugest that i needed to change the pack i bought because he thinks all was damaged, i know the ignition order , because i got a picture with the image of the cilinders and the start order. The truck start but in a weak way.

The spark plug wires do a crazy thing when getting installed in the coil towers..
The wires go,,,,,,,,1-2-3-4-6-5 make sure the wires for each cyl follow that order on the coil.
If not can produce power problem and misfires.
