E-250 keep throwing p0174 codes
My 2004 e250 is on its second remanufactured engine and throws an p0174 code with regularity, like three times in one day, recently. I realize that this is a "System Too Lean, Bank No. 2".
I am curious why this code was displayed on the van's original engine (98,000 miles) and on the replacement remanufactured engine and now on the second remanufactured engine?
Should I devote time and attention to finding the fault causing the "Check Engine Light" or maybe see if there is an issue with the ECU, which has not been replaced since the original engine.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Certain conditions must be met before the PCM will submit a code.
It would be a good move to examine those conditions and verify either they are or are not present.
A capable scan tool with Freeze Frame capability will show the conditions at the time the code was set. And,, we go from there.

I will dig further into the instructions of my Scanguage II and see if I can retrieve the PIDs
