Question E series Transmission question

Hi all,
New to the forums have been lurking lately but now have questions I can't find the answers to so here I am. Back ground on my issue. I have a 2005 ford E250 5.4L with 233k miles that I have owned for almost a year now. It has a 5C2P-DA 4R75E transmission in it and it is having the familiar whinny/grinding sound when accelerating till 3rd gear and OD or till torque converter locks. Also when letting off the gas same noise. From what I have found from my research it could be the Torque converter but more likely the #9 bearing failing. I say more likely because on some big bumps sometimes the noise stops for a bit like the bearing shifted then settles back into where it was and the noise starts again. Main question is I found a AC2P-CA 4R75E out of a 2014 E250 with a 4.6L that is a reman with only 15k miles on it. The van is totaled out from a wreck. I'm wanting to know if that transmission will direct bolt up/work or if it won't. I have read on other forums if its the same 2wd and a 4R75E it should bolt directly up. Before I take it out and swap mine with it I want to make sure its going to work. Any info is appreciated thanks. If there is any other information anyone would need on the transmissions let me know I can get it.
