Arrow E350 7.5l V8 no acceleration

I have a 1995 Ford Econoline E350 7.5l V8. I don't have the right scanner to diagnose my problem. But here it is... I was traveling up a steep grade when heavy smoke started to come out the exhaust, accompanied by a loud pop when I suddenly lost all accelerating power. The engine starts up fine but i noticed my radiator developed a small hole and a crack along the intake manifold. I was driving for maybe a few hours before that and had been in lower gears in order to climb the steep road. I believe i also heard boiling sounds right before it gave out. There was also a bunch of what looked like either transmission fluid or engine oil (couldn't tell) that spilled out from under neath. There were also minimal amounts of coolant left in the reservoir. There weren't any sounds of clunking or whining noises, but it won't accelerate when put into any gear. There isn't any play in the shifter, and I also put brand new fuses for the PCM module and others but didn't check all of them. Could I be having a transmission issue or would a cracked intake manifold or pinhole in the radiator cause no acceleration in any gear (reverse, drive, 2nd, 1st)? What could this possibly be?

If you are sure the intake manifold is cracked that leans out the mixture and results in engine having no power.

As for the pinhole in the radiator, if the engine overheated , we have more problems. I believe a compression test is in order before spending any serious $$$.
