Default E350 motorhome class B - towing capacity

I have a Kodiak class B motorhome on a E350 V10 6.8L superduty. I don't have the owners manual. Just wondering if anyone knows the towing capacity of this van. I am planning on towing my prius prime on a car tow dolly. My prius weighs 3350 lbs. The car tow dollies that can be rented from uHaul says max weight on the dolly is 3450 lbs. However, when I enter my E350 specs in their website, they say tow dolly is not recommended for my van. Any advice why this may be? Thanks in advance.

Default Hitch label

I just noticed a label on the hitch which says max trailer weight 2000 lbs.

I am guessing this is the limitation of the hitch and not the engine capacity. Any thoughts?

Can I get a hitch with higher rating or is there no other choice?
thanks for help.
